The LINGLING WFJ Dry Sugar Salt Fine Powder Grinding Machine is composed of three core components: the main grinding unit, auxiliary system, and electric control box.

The main machine is responsible for the essential grinding operation, the auxiliary machine facilitates smooth and stable overall operation, and the electric control box is in charge of managing and adjusting all the machine's functions precisely.

Made of food-grade stainless steel, this machine is hygienic and durable, suitable for grinding dry sugar, salt, spices and various other food materials into high-quality uniform fine powder.

Material is conveyed into the mill chamber by means of a screw conveyor. Once inside, it is subject to shearing and milling actions by the swiftly rotating blades. Then, the powder passes through the guide ring and enters the classifier chamber. When the classification wheel rotates, the powder experiences both air force and centrifugal force. Particles with diameters larger than the critical diameter (of the classification particles) have a greater mass and are thus tossed back into the mill chamber for additional grinding. Conversely, particles with diameters smaller than the critical diameter proceed to the cyclone separator and the dust-coling box.
